Billing for Online and Main Campus Courses
Students will receive one combined billing statement for the main campus and/or distance learning courses. Distance Education courses are billed in addition to main campus charges.
Effective Fall 2014, students who are enrolled in 12 or more credit hours (undergraduate) or 9 or more credit hours (graduate) with the main campus, and are in one or more credit hours of Distance Education courses, will NOT be billed for the Distance Education courses.
This benefit is only allotted to students who are attempting either 12 or more hours of on-campus undergraduate-level courses or 9 hours or more of graduate-level on-campus courses.
During the registration process, please note whether the course you select is taught on-campus or online. Additionally, please review your bill and check your Aggie Access Online account regularly. Your student account will reflect the separate charges for any Distance Education courses for which you have registered. If you are assessed Distance Education charges for a course that you were not aware was a Distance Education course, you must drop the course immediately if you do not wish to pay the additional charges. Please contact the Treasurer's Office at 336-334-7721 if you have any questions.
