Bachelor of Science in Economics
The Bachelor of Science in Economics provides you with a strong foundation in critical and analytical thinking, data analysis, communication, and the theoretical and empirical modeling of individuals, firms and markets. Furthermore, you have the flexibility to choose up to 9 free electives with which you can study a concentration outside the field, craft a degree program that meets your personal needs and helps you reach your career goals, or use them as transfer elective hours. As an economics major, you will be prepared for employment in the private sector, government agencies and nonprofit organizations, as well as for admission to graduate programs or law school.
